Q: When are my property owner assessments due?
A: Assessments are due monthly, on the first of each month.

Q: I want to change the exterior of my unit. Can’t I just do it?
A: No. Governing documents require each owner to submit an Architectural Change Request to the board for consideration before making any changes.

Q: What are the parking permits for?
A: Cannon Ridge has limited parking. Each unit is assigned one reserved and one visitor parking space. Valid permits must be visibly displayed at all times. Cannon Ridge tows non-permitted vehicles during designated hours.

Q: What if I have more than one visitor for a weekend?
A: Contact the Property Manager three days in advance to request temporary parking permits. There is open parking available on adjacent City streets for residents or their guests.

Q: When is trash collection?
A: Trash collection is Tuesdays and Fridays. Recyclables are collected Tuesdays. Cannon Ridge has city refuse service. For complete information on hazardous waste collection, yard waste, Christmas trees and other special refuse items, go to www.manassascity.org.

Q: Where can I post signs for my yard sale?
A: Yard sales are prohibited in Cannon Ridge and are subject to violation notices and rules violation charges.

Q: Where can I walk my pet?
A: Pets can be exercised in Cannon Ridge in accordance with City ordinances that require pets be kept on a leash and pet waste is collected, removed, and properly disposed of.

Q: My child has a moped. What are the rules for small two-wheeled motor vehicles?
A: Mopeds, minibikes, and similar vehicles must be walked into and out of Cannon Ridge with their engines turned off.
